Backup policy

Do you provide backups?

You are responsible for your backups and web content.

We create our own daily backups on our shared servers, and we can restore from those. However, this is NOT a procedure you should rely on to keep your content safe. Backups are made every day; only the newest backups are kept.

While we attempt to have a robust and reliable backup, We make no guarantees about our daily backups.

On the Dedicated Servers, we do not make any backups unless you order them. You can partition space on your hard drive for backups, or purchase a new hard drive for backups or use off-server backups.

You may download a backup archive of your site through the CPANEL.
