Support:
As a reseller you are responsible for providing support for your
resold accounts. We will do all of the system administration, as
well as be second line technical support. You will have to learn
the basics of the business so you are able to help your customers.
Clients of resellers are not considered SilverStar WebDesigns Inc.
clients and will never be contacted for any reasons. Our technical
support staff will be glad to respond indirectly to technical support
request from your clients. In other words, you receive an email
response from a client, cut, past and send that question to us;
we in turn respond to it and you relay the response to your client.
Billing
You provide billing to your customers. We do not offer an anonymous
billing option at this time.
How
can you become a reseller?
There is only one requirement: you have to signup for one of our
qualifying packages at full price. For Bulk Resellers, that is the
main account with all the space. For Discount Resellers, that would
be a Business plan or greater. Then send us an email
stating you want to be a reseller. You will be given access to your
Webhost Manager control panel (once your information is verified,
usually within 48 hours) and you can then add accounts as you need
them. There is a one time $10 setup fee.
